Our Story

Airports & Train

For commercial travel, the closest major airports are Zurich (ZRH, 3 hours by train or car) and the Milan airports (LIN and MXP, 2:45 hours by car, but not convenient by train). Alternatively, the closest airport to St. Moritz is Samedan (SMV), mainly for private or charter flights.&nbsp;

Transportation

Guests are kindly asked to arrange their own transportation within St. Moritz. Chesa Veglia (Friday welcome dinner) and Badrutt's Palace Hotel (Saturday evening) are both located in the center of St. Moritz. If you're staying at Hotel Steffani, they are just a 2-minutes' walk away. The ski lift is only a 3-minutes' walk from Hotel Steffani for those planning to ski during the weekend.

Shuttle Service

On Saturday, we will provide shuttle transport from St. Moritz to the ceremony at Katholische Herz Jesu Kirche in Samedan and back. Shuttles will depart from the centre of St. Moritz between 3:20 PM and 3.40 PM. Please let us know in advance if you plan to use this service via the RSVP form. For those with a car, parking is available at the church.

Friday Welcome DinnerFor the Friday night welcome dinner, there are two options for parking: either the<a href="https://maps.app.goo.gl/QK7cjiFman59LdAdA" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"> Via Serlas 23 Parking</a> in the centre of town (2 min walk from Chesa Veglia Restaurant) or the <a href="https://maps.app.goo.gl/VDK54BCo5LUm5yjVA" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Parkaus Serletta</a>, which has indoor escalators which will take you up right next to the Badrutt Palace Hotel (also 2 min walk from Chesa Veglia Restaurant). Saturday Church CeremonyParking is available at the church.
